Holidays bring families and communities together. Thirteen and Crowne takes the pain and anxiety out of the preparations. Whether you want a cozy Christmas, an elegant holiday dinner, a stunning Christmas tree, or a staircase dripping with garland and berries, we have you covered. We will look through your cherished heirlooms, source gorgeous new items for y0u, set it all up, then come back when you are done to take it down for you. Don't have what you need? No problem. You can rent our decor or we'll be happy to source it for you with our international connections.
Initial Call:
Defining Your Project Scope and Design Aesthetic
No one wants their holiday to look like everyone else's. We want to know what your aesthetic is like, what your cherished traditions are, and what your goals are. We'll gather a few notes on a 30 minute call, have you send us some images, and then we'll schedule an in-person meeting.
Second Meeting, in Person:
Site Visit, Decor Assessment, and Plan Scope
We'll tour your space and discuss more details of what you need and want. Shortly thereafter we will deliver a plan for your consideration.
Third Meeting, Second Phone Consult:
presenting your vision of your holiday
We will present estimated project costs based on the agreed-upon design direction. This includes an overview of expenses related to materials, labor, and any additional services required. We will also provide a preliminary schedule outlining the timeline for each phase of the project. This meeting ensures that you have a clear understanding of the financial and time commitments involved, allowing for a smooth execution of your vision, just in time!
